Slidejoy ~ turn your Android phone into a source of handy income for your mobile bill.

Posted by Unknown Minggu, 02 Februari 2014 0 komentar
Ever thought of making money through your Android mobile phone, yes it is possible with a new app called Slidejoy which turns your phone's lock screen into a large outdoor board for displaying advertisements, and the money advertiser's pay to display ads ends up into your pocket.

Slidejoy~ earn money through andorid mobile by viewing ad

If you're ok by seeing an ad for Adidas, Target, Sephora or Best Buy when you unlock your smartphone, Slidejoycould lop some money off your monthly phone bill.

The app is set to launch on Monday, shows ad from advertiser on you android phone's lock screen, said Robert Seo, Chief executive of the company. The company promises that the ads will be "beautiful" and "User Friendly" based on preferences, location and behavior of the user.

Robert said that "It's hard to give an exact amount for payouts, But we are targeting between $5 to $15 per month initially and as the algorithm learns, this range will increase."

Slidejoy don't share any individual information of the users. The user has a choice to register through Facebook directly or they can provide their basic demo-graphic information separately. The accurate the information, better the experience user gets. For example, if I’m in Adidas store, then Slidejoy recognize my location through GPS and push me with an ad with a coupon for shoe or jacket that appeal to men of my age. What I can do with the ad is slide it to left or right. If you swipe to the right then you go to your home screen and earn cash. If you are interested in the ad and want to know more about the ad and its content then swipe to the left to learn more about the ad and earn cash.

In short, how can I earn money through Slidejoy?

  •       Swipe right and go to your home screen unlocking your phone and earn cash
  •      Swipes left and learn more about ad and earn cash.

Slidejoy turns your android phone to a source of handy income      This way, I make money from the app and save money on a jacket style I liked, but wasn't aware of. Later on, when the weather warms up, I can be shopping in the same location, and be pushed an ad for shorts from the same designer.

The app comes with a person daily report on how much money he has made; the user can cash out money using Square Cash electronic payments.

You can also make a difference by donating the money to charities.

How the apps algorithm actually works? The way you interact with the ads. Sliding to the right means ignoring the ads which signal no interest of user toward the ad. Whereas, sliding to the left means the user is interested in the ad and takes a step further.

People get paid the same amount regardless of which way they slide the ad. "This is to ensure our advertisers get quality leads and to provide our app with unbiased data on user preferences," Robert Seo said.

Slidejoy initially will be available for android users only; the app will be available for iOS user in the latter half of 2014 according to Seo.

Download the app from Playstore and start earning money: Download Link.

Send Self-Destructing, Secure, Private, Anonymous Messages & Media through Wickr

Wickr - Send Self-Destructing, Secure, Private, Anonymous Messages & Media

Wickr was founded in San Francisco, California by a team of security and privacy experts that believe private communications is a universal human right that is extremely important to a free society. Today, that right is almost nonexistent.

When it comes to secure text messaging, you're often entirely dependent on the whims of the message server. Wickr goes to great lengths to flip that paradigm around, handing control back to you, the sender, It means that you will have full control over the message you sent.

Nico Sell, co-founder of Wickr, said that it was important to the company to avoid holding any sensitive information about its customers on its servers.

Wickr flips messaging on its head, giving control to the sender instead of the receiver (or servers in between). Wickr is becoming the most trusted communication system in the world by giving power to the people.

"Unlike other apps, Wickr does not upload your contact book to our servers; your contacts never leave your device," she said. "We create a cryptographic representation of your contacts that we store on our servers to match with your friends."
Wickr Snapshot

Available now on iOS and on Android in the next few days, the Wickr update still uses some of the toughest standards for major encryption protocol available. It uses AES-256 encryption to protect your data; ECDH-521 for the security key exchange; RSA-4096 both as a backup and in legacy versions of the app; and SHA-256 for Transport Later Security and hashing. Once it encrypts a message, the keys are used only once then destroyed by the sender's phone. Since Wickr's servers don't have the decryption keys, there's no way for Wickr to access your messages.

Wickr still may not be for everyone, but for people who value sending private messages privately that are authentically difficult -- if not impossible -- to be read by anyone but the intended recipient -- then Wickr is one of the best messaging apps around.

What You Need To Know About iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C

What You Need To Know About iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C....!!!

I phone 5s and 5c
They say when it rains, it pours, and right now, it is raining good news at the Apple headquarters in California. Think you’re ready for an iPhone in gold? Then, may the drum roll begin!

Some shrewdly guessed that Apple had a low cost model of its premium range in the offing; others went out on a limb and conjured up images of the metal casing that the seventh generation phone would possess. And when Tim Cook finally took to the stage at Apple’s annual press conference, the world collectively skipped a beat; not only did he reply in the affirmative to all the heated speculation, but he also conjured an amazing processor out of his hat. How amazing? To the tune of 56 times faster than its predecessors, that amazing.

The Good: After its grand unveiling a couple of months ago, iOS7 is finally prepped for its grand debut; Apple’s OS that had been screaming for a revamp finally got remodeled into a sleek design last June. Ditching its earlier 3D design, Apple’s new offering will now sport a simpler visual interface; one that you can experience for yourself post September 18 when it will be available for download; albeit in select countries.

The Better: A new OS definitely calls for a new phone to try it on, and all queries to that end are answered by the company’s much touted follow up to iPhone 5 – The swanky new iPhone 5S, which now comes in a plethora of cool colors such as champagne gold, silver to ‘space grey’. And for those who are writing it off as a minute upgrade to its predecessor; here’s what you ought to know: Called Touch ID and neatly embedded in the Home button; the iPhone 5S boasts of a fingerprint scanner, one that promises to type a full stop to your girlfriend’s snooping trips into your phone.

Apart from freeing you from the mundane chore of typing complicated passwords; Apple’s new baby will feature the supersonic A7 chip, with graphics that reportedly work 56 times faster than the original iPhone which debuted in June 2007. Featuring a standard 8 megapixel camera with the promised dual LED flash and better battery life, iPhone 5S is expected to go under the hammer at a price of  $199 for the 16 GB version, and a cool $100 more for its 32 GB version.

The Awesome: So what is the mini cherry on top of the regular cherry on the sundae of awesomeness that was Apple’s conference? Well, Tim Cook has finally caved into the frantic pleas of our wallets and has launched a cheaper model of the iPhone that doesn’t require you to rob a bank. Make way for the iPhone 5C, Apple’s premier foray into the low range market; one that comes decked in a joyous rainbow of colors, including lime green, pink, blue, yellow and white.

Boasting of a 4-inch LCD screen with a resolution that runs to the tune of 1136x640 pixels and 326 ppi, iPhone 5C borrows many of its features from the iPhone 5S’ palette, with the two phones clocking in the same display features. At 4.65 ounces, iPhone 5C might weigh a bit more than its predecessor the iPhone 5 which measured in at 3.95 ounces, but the $99 price tag that the 16 GB version comes at means that you won’t be hearing the end of this one anytime soon!

Acer takes Android from phones to PCs......

Acer DA241HL takes Android from phones to PCs

Acer DA241HL

Android already rules the world of smart phones, and now the little green robot is coming for your PC. Unveiled at technology trade show IFA this week, the Acer DA214HL is a 24-inch all-in-one desktop PC that runs on Android software.

It's a computer and monitor in one, the display tilting to any angle between 20 degrees and 75 degrees so you can see the screen wherever you choose to sit.

Android in a PC

What's unusual about the DA214HL is it runs Android software. Android is Google's software for mobile phones and tablets, and the DA214HL is one of the first PCs to pack Android.

Specifically, it's Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, which is almost the latest update to Android.

Like an Android phone, the PC is based on home screens that you fill with shortcuts to apps and widgets that tell you useful information without having to open each app. Acer claims the 700,000 apps found in the Google Play app store will work on the new desktop PC, but there's no guarantee they'll look good. After all, apps are designed for the small screens of phones, not for the 24-inch screen of a PC.

Tegra 3 in a PC

The software isn't the only thing that's usually found in a mobile device: inside the DA214HL is an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, which is more often found inside tablets.

But if you're not keen on the Android experience on a bigger screen or you want to use an app that you can't get on Android, you can use the DA214HL as a monitor by connecting it to a PC with Windows 8 via HDMI or USB cable. The touchscreen still works when you're plugged into another PC.

If you have an Android phone, you can sync content between phone and PC, and connect the two via MHL to watch films, TV and games on the bigger screen.

Set up the DA214HL in your living room and the whole family can share it, with up to five user profiles keeping everyone's settings and stuff separate, ensuring the kids won't accidentally delete something important of yours.

The DA214HL goes on sale in October starting from 429 euros.

Google Chromecast- Tablet To TV with WIFI and HDMI

Google releases Chromecast - Tablet to TV with WIFI and HDMI....

Chromecast Google has thrown an original product in the mix in the Digital TV market with Chromecast. It is a small dongle that looks like a USB thumbdrive, except that it connects to an HDMI port. Once connected to the TV and on WIFI, users are able to play content on their handheld device (Android, iPhone, iPad etc) and it can be “casted” to the device with the Chromecast device connected. Supported applications include Netflix, Youtube, Google Play Movies and TV and Chrome.

Chromecast is the easiest way to enjoy online video and music on your TV. No more huddling around small screens and tiny speakers. Plug IN and PLAY.

Get started in 3 easy steps: Plug chromecast into any HDTV, connect it to WIFI, then send videos and more from your Smartphone, Tablet or Laptop into your TV with a press of a button.

Chromecast

At $35, this is much less than the similar Roku device at $100. Currently it looks like people that purchase the Chromecast device will get a 3 month subscription to Netflix as well which recoups much of the $35 price tag with access to content.

As more companies battle for the large screens that sit in our living rooms, it shouldn’t be surprising that Google came up with a viable, unique and competitively priced  option with Chromecast.

Lost your Android phone? Don't worry Google will help u locate it..

Android Device manager Google recently announced that it would offer a service to locate or securely wipe a lost Android phone by the end of this month. The service will be available to all Android phones running Android 2.3 or newer versions of the OS.

The service will be called Android Device Manager and will be available for free. Apple and Microsoft offer similar services for iPhones and Windows Phones, respectively. Several security apps also offer similar feature for Android phones though the implementation is not as robust as it is on iPhone.

In a post on the official Google blog, Benjamin Poiesz, an Android project manager, wrote: "Android Device Manager can help (you) ... keep your device—and the data you store inside—safe and secure."

Android Device Manager will allow users to make their misplaced phone ring at its loudest volume even if it is in silent mode. Users will be able to do this through Android Device Manager website though Google said that it would also offer an Android app for the service at a later date.

This feature will come handy if you had misplaced your phone under a sofa or bed.

In case you have lost your phone outside your house you will be able to see the device on a map if it is switched on and follow it in real-time. It may help you recover the phone. But in case it can't be recovered, Android Device Manager will allow users to wipe it securely so that the private data doesn't fall in wrong hands.
"While losing your phone can be stressful, Android Device Manager can help you keep your data from ending up in the wrong hands. If your phone can't be recovered, or has been stolen, you can quickly and securely erase all of the data on your device," wrote Poiesz.              The new Android Device Manager app works like the web version and lets users ring linked
phones at maximum volume, so that users can find their missing phones even if they've been silenced. Users will also be able to locate their smartphones on a map, in realtime. Google further added, "It's one app we hope you never have to use, but at least now you have the peace of mind if you find yourself in a bind."                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Download Android Device manager from PlayStore :
